Lately, I’ve been practicing a few simple rhythms that meet both my physical and spiritual needs. They’ve been life-giving, and I’d love to share them with you:
- To be more CREATIVE: take a walk
- To be more CONFIDENT: workout or run
- To increase ENERGY: aim for 8 hours of sleep
- To prevent OVERTHINKING: write or journal
- To remove STRESS: pause and breathe
- To be more FOCUSED: pray
These are small, intentional practices—but over time, they begin to form us. They help us live more fully, with strength in both body and spirit.
